Lipschtick can help address the many challenges facing your company with Laugh & Learn Workshops ® where verbal and physical theater games are taught in order to break down barriers and "role play" typical work scenarios. The Goal? Empowering your workforce by encouraging them to solve problems as an effective team and have lots of fun at the same time. The environment is non-threatening and the results are always remarkable! Call for a free consultation. Check out the demo with performances for companies like yours... and maybe you'll put the "show" in your "business."
Laugh & Learn Workshops® are unique, interactive seminars designed to break down barriers and get everyone laughing and learning about our most common work/life experiences. Two highly experienced, entertaining & darn good looking facilitators do extensive research on your corporate culture and training needs in advance in order to engage your group in our customized Improv based, verbal and physical theater games.
The games reveal individual styles of listening, trusting, problem solving, team building and managing time & people. We conclude by role playing scenes ripped straight from your office memo’s headlines!
In 30 years of experience, we’ve seen proof that improv's tenets "Making your partner look good" and "Yes, and…" (this is where an improv actor says "yes" to what their scene partner suggested and adds to that idea, hence, "Yes, and...") creates brilliant improvisational theater and can also help your team of players perform brilliantly. We transform “Who’s Line Is It Anyway?” to “Who’s Job Is It Anyway?” Workshops are held in a well lit, open space that can accommodate all of the participants who are asked to dress in their “Casual Friday” wear for maximum comfort.
After the “games” are played, teams of 4 or 5 “role play” selected “scenes” in work related roles other than the one’s they play in their “real” work life. Yes, you get to give yourself that well deserved promotion! The participants create the scene, characters and situations. After the scenes are performed, we invite everyone present to make observations and help solve the problem. Everyone gets to be a manager! Wigs, costumes & props are provided for extra fun. Workshops are conducted in a non-threatening manner with the emphasis on Playing to Learn.
Laugh & Learn Workshops® can address the following:
• Team Building • Bringing Laughter into the Workplace • Reorg’s • Difficult People • Presentations with Punch • Downsizing • Sexual Harassment

The Laugh & Learn Seminar was educational, fun and quite inspirational. As you can tell from the attached summary of responses to the participants evaluation, our staff found your presentation content, delivery, exercise...well worth the investment in time and actual dollars. Looking forward to your return visit for part two of the seminar!

Thank you so much for making our second annual Cardiovascular Nutrition Symposium such a success. Your ability to change character, improvise and put everyone at ease with your insight is a gift. The time & talent you invested in your Laugh & Learn Workshop is greatly appreciated. Ellen C. Miller, M.S., R.D., L.D. Helene Berk, MEd, R.D., L.D. AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION
The reviews are in and the opinion of the critics is unanimous; the skit you performed as the coup de grace for our supervisory session on employment-related laws was both hilarious and well-done. More importantly, it served the goal of providing a vivid example of the type of conduct supervisors should avoid. The skit was made all the more effective (and funny) by your insistence on including the references to our supervisors. Everyone is still basking in the afterglow of being the "Boys From Maintenance." Thanks again! Vince Slusarz, KINETICO INCORPORATED
Just a note to thank you for a great performance at our party on June 12. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it (especially Bernie). My personal favorite was the "duct tape"-don't leave home without it. Diane Campbell ERNST& YOUNG LLP

Your contribution to the introduction of the Progressive collection, another important part in the internal and external communication of our identity, was terrific.
